  • Float Your Furniture    

If this sounds like magic, it’s because it can be!  Creating a welcoming and inviting space in your living areas is crucial in raising the appeal of your home for sale.  The right furniture arrangement truly can get you more money when you sell your home!  Floating your furniture means to place it away from the walls of a room at least 12 inches, which interior designers say can make a room look larger as well as cozier. Try to ensure there is a symmetry and a focal point, like a fireplace or piece of art.  Furniture arranged in this manner encourages conversation and gives a feeling of warmth to a room buyers will remember when it’s time to make an offer to buy your home.
